Request Account & Data Deletion
At Naibooking, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and the data associated with it, please fill out the form below.
What data gets deleted:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Booking history and preferences
- Saved addresses and payment methods
- Reviews and ratings you have submitted
- App usage data and activity logs
What data may be retained (if legally required):
- Transaction records (for tax/legal compliance)
- Data required by applicable laws or regulations
- Anonymized/aggregated data that cannot identify you
Expected deletion timeline:
Once your request is verified, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.
